Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Easy Twin app (“the app”) provided by Churchory LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who may use the app

The app is intended for parents, guardians, and educators who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for any use of the app by children in your care, including supervising the interactive quiz.

2. What the app does, and its limits

The app uses an artificial-intelligence model to read a scanned worksheet and write new practice questions, answers, hints, and solution steps. AI-generated content can be wrong. Questions may occasionally be ambiguous, answer keys may contain errors, and the detected grade level or subject may be off. Review generated worksheets before giving them to a child, and treat answer keys as a guide rather than an authority. The app is a practice aid and is not a substitute for a teacher, tutor, or curriculum.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the worksheets you scan. You grant us and our service providers (currently Google, for the Gemini API) the limited right to process your scans solely to provide the app's features, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to scan the material you upload. School worksheets are typically fine to copy for personal, at-home practice, but do not use the app to reproduce copyrighted workbooks for distribution or sale.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

  • Credits and scans. Generating a worksheet uses one scan per page. Subscribers draw from their monthly allowance first; everyone else uses credits. New installs receive a small number of free credits. If generation fails, the scan is returned automatically.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire and are not transferable between Apple Accounts.
  • Easy Twin Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available monthly at US$7.99 or annually at US$59.99 (local pricing may vary). Both plans include up to 50 worksheet scans per month; unused scans do not carry over, and the monthly allowance resets on the day of the month you subscribed. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; purchased credit packs remain.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Credits spent on completed generations are not refundable by us.
  • Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. Apple will notify you before a subscription price increase takes effect and, where required, ask you to agree.

Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA on a matter Apple governs, Apple's EULA controls.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to generate content that is unlawful, harmful to children, or that infringes someone else's rights; attempt to extract or misuse our API credentials or bypass credit accounting; reverse engineer the app except where the law permits; or interfere with the service for other users.

6. Availability and changes

The app depends on third-party AI services and network connectivity. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update the underlying model, which can change the style or quality of generated questions. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your locally stored worksheets across app updates, but you should export anything important as a PDF.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated content, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Churchory LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Churchory LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
